Where Saint's Row will really separate itself from being called a GTA clone is in the multiplayer mode. This is where the title could potentially become not only the equal of GTA in the gaming world, but may surpass it. There are seven multiplayer modes that can support up to 12 players at a time and not just some deathmatch sort of multiplayer modes either. Check this out: Big-Ass Chain mode has everybody in the online game wearing a big-ass gold chain. The goal is to kill a player, take his chain, and trade it in for money. But the catch is, the more chains you trade in at once, the more cash you get. So the risk is to keep attempting to kill more and more fellow gangstas, get their chains, and trade them in before you get capped yourself. If you get capped before you trade in your chain bounty, then your killer will be able to get you hard-earned chains and trade them in for themselves.

Another multiplayer mode is Bling My Ride, where you must beat the other team to the finish line in your vehicle. But you must trick out your car by traveling to different stores in the city and buying parts. However, your opponent has the same objective, and you must fend off your opponent from doing any damage to your vehicle while at the same time trying to inflict damage on theirs, bling it out, and get to the checkered flag first. There will be co-op play and every-man-for-himself play online. Another bonus will be the reward system for playing online. The more you get pc games download, the more in-game money you earn, allowing you to really pimp out your character with clothing and accessories. You'll be able to tell just by looking who spends six hours a day playing Saint's Row online.

Saint's Row isn't afraid to be compared to GTA. But just don't' call it a clone, because it has enough new features, particularly online play (which GTA doesn't have at all) or wrinkles on "borrowed" ones to separate itself from the clone pack and blaze a new path in the open-world genre.

As you probably know, (spoiler alert!) at the climax of the film Tony was shown getting his just reward for his criminal behavior and avarice, which was about a thousand or so bullets and a short plunge into a decorative pool. It's unlikely that Tony lived to see another day, but that is exactly the premise of Scarface: The World is Yours. Somehow, Tony has survived. What's a deposed gang lord to do? Rebuild of course. That's where the gamer comes in.

With an original event-driven storyline, complete with historical events, by David McKenna and Al Pacino giving the okay to use his likeness, the game already seems to be on firm footing, at least in terms of laying the groundwork for a successful film-to-game translation. Also helping is the voice talent already tapped, including Robert Loggia, Steven Bauer, Cheech Marin, James Woods, and Michael York. There's no mention anywhere of Pacino adding his voice as well as face to the game, though the impression included in the trailers is one of the better Tony Montana ones I've heard so it might not be such a big deal.

It could be argued that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City culled most of its "inspiration" from Scarface; there are too many parallels to write them off as coincidence. Now it seems that it's time for Tony Montana to return the favor. If Radical Entertainment weren't at the helm of Scarface: The World is Yours I might actually be worried that the game would simply be a Grand Theft Auto rip-off. I'm expecting a deft mix of Max Payne style action, free pc games download shooting and Grand Theft Auto exploration of a massive environment, by land, air, and water.

If you've seen the film, you already know that Tony has a hair-trigger temper and to include this anger in the game Radical has included a Blind Rage Mode -- one can image it will lead to heightened health, aiming and fun.

Here we go again! Pac-Man is stuck having to clean up another mess. Don't worry, it is still a lot of fun-just like you remembered it.For this third edition in the series, we’ll see more platforming, as players march around in Sonic the Hedgehog-like environments, eating power pellets and fruit, jumping up ledges, and doing charge attacks in a rolled up ball. Really, all signs point to this being a continuation to what we saw in the last two Pac-Man Worlds. Not that this is a bad thing, seeing as the previous full version pc games proved to be a respectably fun experience.

When the original Pac-Man World finally came out, a lot of people were pleasantly surprised to see that such a classic videogame character could actually work out well in a 3D world. Since then, Namco has seen that people actually kinda like these games, and has steadily kept the sequels coming.

Serious Sam continues in the great line of FPS titles that were spawned from the first Castle Wolfenstein. If you like Doom, Duke Nukem, Unreal, or Quake-style gaming, then you’ll know what kind of action to expect out of Serious Sam. There is a story in Serious Sam but, in the FPS tradition that has preceded it, the plot takes a co-starring backseat to the real star of the game, the FPS gory mayhem of blowing up/shooting/chain-sawing/hacking every enemy in sight.

That plot, and the dialogue contained within, makes the title of Serious Sam a misnomer. Just like Duke Nukem, nothing in a free pc game should be taken seriously and you could almost believe that the game’s hero, Sam “Serious” Stone, could be Duke Nukem’s cousin. Stone’s got the whole Duke Nukem attitude going for him, right on down to the smart-alecky remarks he’s always tossing around alongside a few well-placed projectiles. Stone is the earth’s last hope against the monster master from another dimension, MENTAL. In his quest to defeat MENTAL, Stone gets to travel throughout time with the Time-Lock relic, visiting exotic locales from ancient Egypt to merry old England of days gone by.

All kinds of bizarro enemies are after our hero Stone, including Kleer Skeletons, Cucurbito the Pumpkin (complete with requisite pumpkin head), Zumb’ul From Planet Ras-Ad-Nyk (say that five times fast), Bio-Mechanoid, many beheaded denizens, Gnaar, and the ever-charging and scary Sirian Werebull. There’s always plenty of baddies to keep Stone on his toes and sweat on your palms. This is one tough game. You’ll never find anybody that’s played Serious Sam complain about not being challenged by the game’s artificial intelligence.

Filling those huge levels is wave after wave of bad guys. The game gets really intense near the close of each level. Stone gets placed in an enclosed arena-type battleground. You literally need to kill over 500 enemies, 25 or so at a time, to complete the level and move on. Let me tell you, the loud sound of the onrushing hooves of 25 enormous Sirian Werebulls is enough to get your heart beating and your brow sweating. The only downside to this is that the gameplay can get repetitive, because this is how every level ends. But with so many opponents to worry about, you’ll have precious few moments to reflect on repetition.

For the Single Player modes you get: VS. Com Mode, Mission Mode which only has 6 stages on all three difficulty levels, and Attack Mode which consists of 1-Minute Time Attack, 100-Meteo Attack, and Challenge Attack. For Multiplayer Modes you get Local VS. Mode and Matchmaking VS. Mode which consists of Player and Ranked matches. For Online matches you can choose which area you want to play against. Area A is Greenland and Europe, Area B is Asia and Russia, C is Japan and so on. I find this to be pretty cool. One thing that is a bummer is that this is only a 2-player game which the DS game had 4-player multiplayer. This would have been a great 4-player online puzzle game. For collectibles in the game all you can collect are the Planets and these Accessories which I find to be dumb and useless. I loved it in some pc games download versions where you can collect the blocks that you launch and use them to create new Planets, Items, Rare Metals, and Sounds. For gameplay nothing has changed except for the "Planet Impact" which is a little attack you can use on the planet you are playing against. You do have to get used to using the analog stick but once you play with it for about 30-min then you should be used to it.

Overall I think this is a solid game in the series and I hope to see the series to expand.

Arguably one of the most anticipated games of all time, Doom III first was shown two years ago. Doom III is extremely dark, which is nothing new to since Quake is the same. Both series have been largely rooted in the occult. With more pentagrams in the game than pellets of sand on a beach you get the idea that the game is really demonic.

Long known for poor, weak, and just plain horrible story lines. Quake and Doom have been associated with “kill big guy, find red key, find red door .etc”. So I sought to disprove this by almost totally focusing on the single player game of Doom III. And after a better part of a decade to complete, and an all new engine to boot Doom III hits a sour note. The story is still the same story as the original Doom only retold. The game is very similar to style only now after years since the first it only becomes dumber. Almost everything is scripted in the game and almost every room is the same thing. Go past a certain point and two guys pop in front of you and a guy appears from a doorway in the wall behind you. You would think that this was only a couple times, but this set of sequences reoccurs the entire game, nothing like my favorite free game downloads!

Racing games are similar to fighting games. It's fun to play with your buddies, but doing it alone get's real boring, real fast. It's no wonder, then, that Burnout Paradise surprised me in ways I'd never thought possible. There you are, driving around in a huge city that just looks amazing, with challenges being thrown at your face just about wherever you go. You see ramps to jump over, shortcuts to be discovered, billboards to smash everywhere...It's just mind blowing. After you've completed a few events, smashed a couple of billboards and cruised around the city for a few hours you start to get your head around what this game really is about. You spend hours, literally hours, driving around Paradise City, just smashing billboards and exploring the city. Then you start doing the events, and before you know it, you're completely hooked by the game.

The online stuff in the game is really cool as well. There are 300 events for you to do online, but that's not all. It's really weird, you're driving around in Paradise with some other dudes when the game suddenly tells you all to meet up at a certain place, and then perform some weird task like forming a line so that one of you can -- in true Evil Knievel style -- jump over the other players' cars using a ramp. To do this you need to play free downloadable games and communicate with each other, which just feels super-weird and yet super -fun. Kudos for EA here, you guys did a great job coming up with this.

All is not well in Paradise, however. First of all, the "wrecked"- cut scenes. It's kinda cool to see your car crash the first time, but after the first 10 crashes it gets really old. When you're in first place in a race and you crash with a truck that appears from nowhere, you're forced to see the crash for several seconds before you can start driving again. If that happens just before you cross the finish line, you'll be pretty pissed. It's like the game rubs it in your face every time you mess up, and it just kills me every time.

The other bad thing in the game is the soundtrack. I mean, Avril Lavigne? Come on. Luckily this isn't that big of an issue, as being a 360-owner means that I can listen to my own music while playing. Problem solved.

Thousands of years of human civilization were toppled during the Great Fall. Sixty years later, Mobile Suits have reappeared and destroyed an orphanage, setting Tristan and Fritz, the sole survivors, out to bring the culprits to justice. Along the strictly linear way they meet a variety of nicely imaged characters with cookie-cutter souls, acquire new abilities and equipment, and learn, ironically enough, that building a successful future means not repeating the past.

It's all a bit too familiar. Everything about MS Saga is adequate and mildly enjoyable, from the under-developed puzzle piece arranging of the equipment system to clanking through obligatory caves and military complexes. A boost system lets you save up energy points for bigger attacks, and each character learns new offensive and support techniques, but because the variations in tanks and robots you face are minimal, and every move they make is telegraphed in advance, the whole pc games free downloads full version combat experience quickly grows tiresome.

In various scenarios, you're asked with running errands under a time limit, set against familiar scenes of the DBZ anime.
If you find an object you're looking for that happens to be sitting on top of a small cliff, good luck trying to reach it, since you can't really fly wherever you want. Instead, you'll waste precious seconds looking for a conveniently placed boulder in a different part of the map to help you double-jump up to an even bigger download games for pc for free boulder. If you're trying to catch or hit something, your two hands will be painfully occupied trying to make the camera focus on what's directly in front of you while you're still moving.

In their defense, I must admit that "the world" in Kingdom Hearts is a damn awesome place, and is really better referred to as a universe composed of worlds - each one a distinct, recognizable Disney location, teeming with your favorite Disney characters. You will see Agrabah, Wonderland, and many other spots; there will be more of them than you think, you won't know what they are until you get there, and I can guarantee at least one "oh, cool!" squeal on your behalf unless you are 300-pound football player dude (not that there is anything wrong with that!) and just not physically capable of a squeal at all. And if there is a Disney film that god forbid didn't make it into a world of it's own, that's what cameo appearances are for. Lots of cameo appearances. It's all in there.

Not that, you understand, Final Fantasy got second hand treatment. There are as many big swords, outrageous hairdos and fantastical costumes we all know and love in there as you are likely hoping; Squall, Cloud, Rikku, Wakka, the whole boatload of them, and one is even voiced by David Boreanaz from WB11's "Angel", what you that it was some mafia game download free!?! athough that's probably more detail than you wanted to know.
