The characters in the game are cartoonish and really fun to look at while break dancing, the menus are understandable and there are some 3D animations here and there that look pretty decent. The major flaw I found is that backgrounds are not only inanimate but lame and blurry as well, something you'd expect out of a Nintendo 64 game, you won't be looking at them much because of all the things going on at once to keep you busy but the programmers could have done better.

The story is just ok. Not much to say here, some kids (and someones grandma) are taking over the city's turfs by break dancing, nothing fancy but serves it's purpose.

You have 30 levels at your disposal that even after you beat you might want to come back to and replay, either to get an A rating or to attempt to destroy certain particular puzzle pieces that unlock special prizes (which you need for an achievement). If you are into puzzle games give this one a try, it certainly kept me entertained.

On a side note, for some reason the Trial version for this game is harder than the actual free downloadable games, you can expect to meet the demo's difficulty level around the middle of the game.

In total, I think it is a fun experience, I recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzle games.

The game succeeds for the most part, but there are a few things holding it back. The story is garbage (thankfully you can skip every part of it). It’s an extremely generic story where you go out to rescue some people as save some things…blah, blah, blah. Awful attempts at humor and disappointing cut-scenes don’t help it out either. The camera is a nuisance at times as well. You may have a certain side quest that you are unable to fulfill because the camera won’t budge and allow you to get to where you need to be. I personally didn’t find that to be a huge problem, but for some it may very well damper the game.

Graphically the game is good and has a nice style to it, but many enemies are recycled during the course of the game. It features a decent create-a-character system where you can even make a female character appear nude (skin colored suits). I have to say that your character has one of the weirdest walking animations I’ve ever seen; it’s really weird that no one noticed this during development. The game runs really smooth and I never experienced slow-down, even during online play. Speaking of online play, my experience was that half the people are serious and the other half doesn’t shoot, grabs all the loot, and are just plain douches (So pretty much like all online games).

The game-play is solid and works just like Smash TV or similar games. You move around with the left stick and fire your weapon with the right stick. The difficulty is a problem as I found it to be extremely unbalanced. In the beginning the game may seem hard, but once you get through a few of the levels and raise your stats you will soon find the game to be very easy. You start out each level with just a pistol and you can get weapon upgrades (which last for about 15 seconds) such as shotguns, machine guns and a razor gun. Other power-ups include shields and speed upgrades, nothing out of the ordinary. Also there are “minerals” scattered in objects and all around the world that are used to download free games and upgrade your armor, weapons, and give you storage power-ups.

The game is fun for a few play-throughs, but after you’ve fully leveled up your character you’ll find the game too easy and just plain boring. As much as I loved the game and had a blast playing through it initially; I can’t recommend it unless you’re really dying for a new Smash TV type of game. It’s a good game, but it’s just not a great game.

You have to pick up customers that want to get there on time. The color of the circle around the customer is how hard the driving will be when you pick him/her up. There is a time limit not only to the customer, but to how long you can work, or you can gain time whenever you pick up/ drop off a customer. You have the basic controls like accelerate, brake, drive, reverse, etc. However, you also have other fun things in your control, like the crazy drift which is when you slide like a 360 degree turn really fast. There are three modes. Arcade, original, and crazy box. Arcade and original are the same but in different places, and crazy box is challenges for you to do.

The controls for the game are excellent. The button is in the right, comfortable place, and so is everything else. My only complain is that sometimes when you keep doing the "crazy tricks" it can get tiring for your fingers, especially your thumb if you do the turbo-like move. You get used to it though.

The only really bad thing about this game are the graphics. There are a lot of blocky parts, especially the people. At the beginning, they can be really annoying though.

The music, for me anyway, is perfect. They have two of my favorite bands in the game, bad religion and the offspring. That's the soundtrack, and it's awesome. It'll get stuck to your head, you'll catch your self whistling to the tune. It's a really really good choice for a sound track.

There is no story, all you have to do is get money by doing a good job at what you do (crazy taxi driver). However, if the game had a story, it wouldn't be as good. Seriously, the game not having a story makes it perfect for a driving game like this.

This whole game is based upon re playability.I bought these pc games about two years ago, and I still play it every day. It's one of those you play for 5 months skip 1 month play again for 5 months game. I really don't think you'll grow tired of it.

Overall, this game is a game that anyone, and I really mean anyone should have. It's just one of the best classics that was ever made by sega, and it will become a big classic soon. It is a really good game.

Gameplay is really simple. It is a first person RPG in the roots of Wizadry and Dungeons and Dragons. You go to many different towns and meet many different and varied locales including a drunk. By choosing several options in the dialogue screens-you don't go up to characters and talk to them like you do in most RPGs, you can discover many different quests and such because each answer produces a different effect on how the game goes on. But you can still see your character on the town map and overworld screen in order to move around...

The real gameplay lies in the dungeons. When an enemy or enemies come up, you press A to bring up the battle menu where you can either Attack, use Magic, or use an Item. It's very simple and easy to use. Another option in dungeons is Interact which is done by the B button and is used to open treasure chests, pull levers, and etc...

The Start button brings up a menu where you can check on your Character Status and equip armor and weapons along with assigning skill points, use the Automap, view Questlog(which tracks your quests), Save game, rearrange the Settings, and Camp.

Story isn't anything big or groundbreaking.... Basically, humans have grown to become so proud in themselves along with being arrogant that the gods decided to wipe them out with some evil race of goatmen. It goes into more detail but it's not anything to crave over but then again it's not anything slapped together just to have a story.

Sound isn't too bad. The music fits the game for what it is. In the towns and such, it's a happy yet fantasy theme but when you're in the dungeons, it switches to dark and moody music which falls into place.

The sound effects are on the same par as the music is. It isn't anything to make you turn the volume down but it's also not anything to make you want to catch every little detail.

The graphics are very good for the game. On the 75% setting for the graphics which is located in the Settings menu, download free games for pc look vivid and colorful and I totally recommend you play the game on 75% brightness. From the bones located in the crypt to the blood that's left on the ground from killing an enemy to the detailed characters in the towns. Battle animations isn't anything special but they are still good for a handheld FPS RPG.

Wild Metal is a tank game where you drive around a large, mountainous level looking for different colored ''Power Cores''. Once you've collected all eight power cores, you must return them to one of the ''stores'' in the level. Each core can be returned individually, and if you die, any cores that have not yet been returned to the ''stores'' scatter around the area where you died, and you must retrieve them again.

Your tank handles unlike most video games... press and hold the A button, and your turret slowly starts to rise.. release, and your tank will fire. The higher your turret is, the farther and higher your shot will go. This means that you can usually sit back pretty far away from your target and try to take pot shots at it. You can also swivel your turret 360 degrees completely around. This allows you to drive away from enemies while you shoot them, or drive circles around a stationary enemy to avoid their shots and still fire at them. It's worth pointing out that there's only one viewpoint, which is a behind-the-tank view. You can alter the angle of the view, but not the distance. The view follows the turret too, so if you're pointed to the left, pressing up will cause your tank to move forward, which will actually be to the right on your screen. It's a little tricky, but not too difficult after a little practice. There's also a variety of weapons to pick up that fall into two categories: missiles (8) and mines (4). Missile weapons fire from the front of your turret, and include (Among others) bouncing shots, magnetons (which you can use to throw your enemies off balance), and heat seeking missiles (which unfortunately, aren't terribly accurate). There are four types of mines... canister mines which simply roll away and blow up, magnetic mines (which attract tanks to them rather than the other way around), jumping jacks (which follow you), and beacons, which aren't really a mine at all but a marker that you can drop. Mines are dropped from the back of your tank, and CAN damage you if you're not careful (Ditto for your missiles, if you fire in close quarters). All weapons have limited amounts of ammo except for your basic cannon, which you have an unlimited amount of. There are five different tanks to choose from, each with their own strengths: the Manta has a very low profile, making it easier to avoid enemy fire, but making roll-overs a problem. The Rhino is sturdy, but slower than the Manta, and has spikes on the front that you can use to ram enemies. The Cheetah is very fast, but is easily knocked around. The Bulldog is similar to the Rhino, but it somewhat unstable with it's three wheels. And finally, the Roadrunner is a very unique tank that rides on top of a giant sphere. This makes it impossible to knock over, but gives it a high profile, and making it a little difficult to steer.

One of the first oddities you'll notice about the game is that instead of having a tidy little radar in the corner of the screen, there is a LARGE radar permanently overlaid over the entire screen. This seems weird at first, but it actually works fairly well, as there's not a huge number of enemies on it at once, and the blips are small enough that they don't get in the way. To find the power cores, there's also a little purple light that lights up when you're pointed at a core, and if you park your tank underneath one of the stores on a level, it'll show the power cores on your radar (otherwise, they'll only show if they are within visible range).

The physics of the game are surprisingly complex. Often you'll be able to knock enemies upside down, and knock power cores off high cliffs instead of driving all the way up there. Unfortunately, you can get knocked over too. Getting back up can be accomplished by pushing yourself up with your own turret, firing at the ground, requesting a helicopter to pick you up, or of course to let your enemy knock you again with an attack. There are also many uses of magnetism in the game, usually to throw you off balance and possibly off ledges. My main complaint about the physics though is that your tank ''feels'' tiny. Though the game play seems pretty slow, your tank can often catch air when going over rather small bumps, and is sometimes very easily overturned. This seems pretty unrealistic to me, but I have to admit that free games to download would be a lot more boring if the tanks were realistically slow and plodding. Plus, enemies are equally afflicted by these problems, so you can use it to your advantage.

Wild Metal has very nice levels as well. They're nicely designed, and are not overly difficult or easy to make your way through. Be warned though, that you can easily end up spending 30-40 minutes searching through a level before you'll find all the power cores... especially on the later levels. Luckily though, you have an infinite supply of tanks, and you'll always restart from the last store you visited.

In the fantasy world of Grandia II, a war between the Granas, the god of light, and Valmar, the god of darkness was waged many years ago. The world was rife with chaos and destruction, but eventually the god of light managed to defeat the wicked god of darkness. Heavily wounded and weary, Granas went into hiding to regenerate his strength. Flash forward a couple thousand years. The world worships Granas and prays for his return, while at the same time fear the return of Valmar and the prophesied Day of Darkness. You play as a mercenary named Ryudo who winds up with the profitable job of escorting a kind Granas Songstress, Elena, to an exorcism in which she is vital.

Most RPGs star brooding teens, silent heroes or stereotypical goody-goodies. Ryudo is sarcastic, cynical, and often hilarious. There's never any doubt that he isn't a good guy, but the way he insults people and comments on the surroundings is atypical in the genre. It's hard not paying attention to such a refreshingly unique character.

Predictably enough, things go terribly wrong at the exorcism. Elena ends up becoming possessed by the wings of Valmar, but don't expect to see any creepy moments from The Exorcist. Instead of vomiting all over priests and screaming obscenities, Elena only occasionally turns into the seductive Millenia, a sexy demon with a short fuse, not to mention mysterious intentions.

Elena is told by a priest that a visit to the Pope should help the Millenia problem. Of course things snowball from there and eventually the fate of the world ends up being in our party's hands. And thus, the game truly begins. The plot moves along at a fast pace and rarely slows down. For the most part it's the cliched good vs. evil stuff we've all seen before, but a few things add a lot to the rather simplistic storyline. Since Elena occasionally turns into Millenia, an inventive and entertaining love triangle develops. Most of the secondary villains are also developed well and remain interesting throughout the game. And finally the translation is excellent and is chockfull of humorous one-liners. The only minor grievance is that parts of the game are predictable, but even so there are still a few unexpected twists and turns to keep you involved.

So the plot is handled well, but the gameplay is really what makes Grandia II shine. You can forget about all those yawn-inducing battles in other RPGs because the ones here are far from being a bore. There is a little bar on the bottom called the IP gauge that shows a small picture of each combatant. Depending on the speed of the character, the picture moves accordingly fast towards the end and then the character can choose what to do. The game stops completely while you make your choice of magic, moves, items, etc. If you plan your attacks right you can counter-attack the foe. You really have to play free pc games download to understand how fast-paced it is since words are difficult to convey it justly. There are a few moments where you find yourself going “Ok, I can counterattack this guy in just one second” as you eagerly anticipate your next chance to attack. Battles never drag on to the point of tedium. Even after fighting in hundreds of battles I didn't tire of the excellent battle system. What makes the battles perfect is that you can see the enemies walking around onscreen before you fight them, so you can choose to avoid the battle altogether. I actually sought out fights because they were just so enjoyable.

Puzzle addicts pay attention! The Classic and Puzzle modes are actually quite easy. The solutions to the puzzles remain pretty obvious through the end, so this mode seems more like a distraction than a full-fledged brainteaser. Classic mode, unlike similar modes in other puzzle games, never really ramps the difficulty up. Instead, each increasing level brings with it a change in tempo, music, and skin. While this makes for a very dynamic experience, and it can prove a little disorienting to new players, it will soon become possible to play for hours on end without losing. I typically quit playing Classic mode after an hour or two out of boredom rather than losing to the computer. It should also be noted that several of the skins in Supernova aren't actually new, but taken from past entries such as Lumines Live!. The mission mode, on the other hand, can sometimes become ridiculously difficult. It's fun to see what shapes can be made out of Lumines blocks, but at the same time many of these missions come down to luck rather than skill. The Dig-Down and Sequencer modes are entertaining enough, but none of the extra modes are enough to make me quit heading straight for Classic on the menu.

One odd omission from Supernova is any sort of multiplayer mode. Lumines Live! had a VS CPU mode (which had to be bought separately) and an online multiplayer component, and it's rather strange to see that this sequel lacks these options. Perhaps they will be added as downloadable content like some free pc games online in the future. Speaking of DLC, Q Entertainment is clearly very fond of the whole concept. A "new" set of skins was just released under the name of The Classic Collection. These skins are classics from the first two Lumines games. It is evident that we should expect more DLC in the future.

While Supernova is a solid puzzle game in all respects, the thing that really puts it above all other games in the genre is the ambiance that it creates. The trippy music and flashing visuals are capable of putting players in a trance-like state that few, if any, other games have achieved.

Where Saint's Row will really separate itself from being called a GTA clone is in the multiplayer mode. This is where the title could potentially become not only the equal of GTA in the gaming world, but may surpass it. There are seven multiplayer modes that can support up to 12 players at a time and not just some deathmatch sort of multiplayer modes either. Check this out: Big-Ass Chain mode has everybody in the online game wearing a big-ass gold chain. The goal is to kill a player, take his chain, and trade it in for money. But the catch is, the more chains you trade in at once, the more cash you get. So the risk is to keep attempting to kill more and more fellow gangstas, get their chains, and trade them in before you get capped yourself. If you get capped before you trade in your chain bounty, then your killer will be able to get you hard-earned chains and trade them in for themselves.

Another multiplayer mode is Bling My Ride, where you must beat the other team to the finish line in your vehicle. But you must trick out your car by traveling to different stores in the city and buying parts. However, your opponent has the same objective, and you must fend off your opponent from doing any damage to your vehicle while at the same time trying to inflict damage on theirs, bling it out, and get to the checkered flag first. There will be co-op play and every-man-for-himself play online. Another bonus will be the reward system for playing online. The more you get pc games download, the more in-game money you earn, allowing you to really pimp out your character with clothing and accessories. You'll be able to tell just by looking who spends six hours a day playing Saint's Row online.

Saint's Row isn't afraid to be compared to GTA. But just don't' call it a clone, because it has enough new features, particularly online play (which GTA doesn't have at all) or wrinkles on "borrowed" ones to separate itself from the clone pack and blaze a new path in the open-world genre.

As you probably know, (spoiler alert!) at the climax of the film Tony was shown getting his just reward for his criminal behavior and avarice, which was about a thousand or so bullets and a short plunge into a decorative pool. It's unlikely that Tony lived to see another day, but that is exactly the premise of Scarface: The World is Yours. Somehow, Tony has survived. What's a deposed gang lord to do? Rebuild of course. That's where the gamer comes in.

With an original event-driven storyline, complete with historical events, by David McKenna and Al Pacino giving the okay to use his likeness, the game already seems to be on firm footing, at least in terms of laying the groundwork for a successful film-to-game translation. Also helping is the voice talent already tapped, including Robert Loggia, Steven Bauer, Cheech Marin, James Woods, and Michael York. There's no mention anywhere of Pacino adding his voice as well as face to the game, though the impression included in the trailers is one of the better Tony Montana ones I've heard so it might not be such a big deal.

It could be argued that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City culled most of its "inspiration" from Scarface; there are too many parallels to write them off as coincidence. Now it seems that it's time for Tony Montana to return the favor. If Radical Entertainment weren't at the helm of Scarface: The World is Yours I might actually be worried that the game would simply be a Grand Theft Auto rip-off. I'm expecting a deft mix of Max Payne style action, free pc games download shooting and Grand Theft Auto exploration of a massive environment, by land, air, and water.

If you've seen the film, you already know that Tony has a hair-trigger temper and to include this anger in the game Radical has included a Blind Rage Mode -- one can image it will lead to heightened health, aiming and fun.

Here we go again! Pac-Man is stuck having to clean up another mess. Don't worry, it is still a lot of fun-just like you remembered it.For this third edition in the series, we’ll see more platforming, as players march around in Sonic the Hedgehog-like environments, eating power pellets and fruit, jumping up ledges, and doing charge attacks in a rolled up ball. Really, all signs point to this being a continuation to what we saw in the last two Pac-Man Worlds. Not that this is a bad thing, seeing as the previous full version pc games proved to be a respectably fun experience.

When the original Pac-Man World finally came out, a lot of people were pleasantly surprised to see that such a classic videogame character could actually work out well in a 3D world. Since then, Namco has seen that people actually kinda like these games, and has steadily kept the sequels coming.
